We meet with you to discuss your expectations on how to achieve the maximum return on investment for your home staging dollars. While walking through your home as a potential buyer would, we discuss our 8-step F-E-E-L H-O-M-E staging process. We will end with a written report based upon what we believe will get you a quicker sale and a top-dollar price for your home.
Redesign Service
Perhaps you would prefer a fabulous facelift to update your home but keep your cherished pieces with our “Premiere Home Redesign” service. Premiere Home Stagers can revitalize your home by assisting with furniture placement, color choices and refinement using your existing furniture and accessories. We will keep what you love and at the same time REFRESH your home for everyday living.
Rates
Consultation
$125 for one-hour, $65/hour thereafter, includes a written report
The Premiere Staging Special
$295 for up to 3 hours of occupied home staging, $65/hour thereafter.
We use your furniture and accessories to enhance your home’s best features.
Vacant Staging Service (up to 60 days)
$99 for initial walk-through, credited to your account when using Premiere Home Stagers for your vacant staging needs. We choose furniture and accessories to make your home feel just right for the next buyer. Starting at $400 per average-sized room or area (staging, furniture rental, delivery and de-staging), choose the level of service you need. After 60 days, monthly furniture rental available.
We can help you choose the rooms to be staged. We recommend the following:
Essential Staging: Main living area; Main dining area; Master Bedroom
Enhanced Staging: Areas above plus one other area
Premiere Staging: Essential staging plus two other areas
Other Services:
- Homeowner or New Buyer Redesign ($125 1st hour, $65/hr thereafter)
- Commercial Space Planning ($125 1st hour, $65/hr thereafter)
- Photo Support ($65/hr)
- Shopping Service ($65/hr)
- Grand Finale Staging after consultation ($99)
